Located in semi-rural Havelock North, this compact 99m² home includes two bedrooms and an ensuite. A 28m² stand-alone single garage is located immediately along-side. There is plenty of storage with a good-sized walk-in-wardrobe, pantry and linen cupboards. The north facing verandah shades a concrete terrace and creates a practical outdoor living space. Internal temperature is controlled with heat pump air conditioning and a free-standing wood-burning fireplace. An energy-efficient heat pump hot water system provides the home’s hot water. Rural services included a wastewater treatment system and stormwater soak pits. Construction was completed in December 2020.
