I’ll be the first person you meet when building your new home. When we get together, we’ll discuss the building process and find out what you want from your new home. Then I’ll provide you with a free concept drawing.
If you proceed, I’ll deal with your consent and finalise the design, showing you the home in 3D before we begin the build. At every stage of the build, from the initial talk to handing over the keys, you needs are my priority. I look forward to meeting you.

If you’re building a house with us, I’ll calculate the materials and labour involved and provide you with a fixed price. If you need other pricing information, I’ll research your options so you can make a confident decision.
